Default Need Help with removing front and rear bumper

This is first post here so if I didn't follow any rules I apologize.

We own a 1997 Honda Civic that has been driven by a new driver who had several parking incidents. As a result there are several bald spots on the bumper.

I purchased bumper paint repair kit from paintscratch.com and I was just about to start but instructions said I should be paint "spraying" at or above room temperature and low humidity. We live in Buffalo, NY so that's impossible during this snow season.

So, I have no option but to remove both front and rear bumpers, take it inside and work on them. Here's my question... What is the process involved to remove both front and rear bumpers?

Sorry for being lazy, but its too freakin cold outside for me to go look and figure it out... plus I think I have flu/cold.

the front bumper is removed fairly easily, if you pop the hood there is a bar with 5 screws on the radiator support you have to undo. There are also a few under the car that attach to the splash guard. Lasty there are 2, 1 on each side that attach it to a bracket where is meets the fender.

As for the rear i dont know never taken it off

simple all you have to do is take the bolts in each fender wall out (i think 10mm) and then the 5 er 6 plastic clips on the top of the grill then the 1 on each side of the grill... then underneath there are 2 more 10mm bolts that you need to take out and the front bumper is out.... the rear it is basically the same thing but i havent taken the back off in about 5 months so i dont really remember

EDIT: beat me to it guess im not quick enough..... For the back just do what i do to learn how to take things off... just examine the back of the car underneath and on top and in each fender wall.... then as you take the screws off you can normally figure out where the left over screws are

The are little black plastic "rivet clips" that need to be popped out. They are on the top of the front and rear bumper. You cant miss them. Also there is one screw on each wheel well. Can't miss them. And the are screws on the bottom of the ffront bumper holding on the splash guard. It's very simple. Go out and take a look. Just be care when removing the black plastic rivets. They are very easy to break.

Edit- Holy **** this site is fast
