Default electrical problem or alternator

right, well my car is drawing a current from somewhere in my car for some reason. everytime i hit something electrical like the lights, sunroof, window, turn signal, i get a draw. the idle goes down a little, high pitch buzz, etc. what is it from, is my alternator bad? i have 90k mile on my 97 civic. is it from grounds i made for my autometer gauges? i had subs, but i took them out and i dont remember this then. my ground i made was on the metal supports for the dash, i took all 3 grounds from the 3 gauges, connected them all together and screwed and soldered them into the metal support. WTF is wrong w/ it? anyone know, also my passenger window doesnt work at all

There were a batch of altenators with faulty voltage regulators that year. (I had one) Any way honda fixed it free of charge and I wasn't even the original owner.
Talk to them.
