2000 civic si/ snowboard rack?

Has anyone put a rack ontop .. what is a cheap way of doing this to fit 2-4 boards ontop of the car.. i was looking a thule.com, but its pretty expensive..

any help would be appreciated

idk if putting a rack on ur em1 has to do with tech.
