As the subject says, I'm trying to get the torque specs for a 99 D16Y8 head cam bolts. Thank you and merry Christmas!

 

14 views, no answer! I'm surprised! I just want to get the torque specs for the bolts that attach the rocker arm and cam to the head, that's all.

 

The Larger 8mm bolts, "14 Ft Lbs" starting from the center top is 1(center top is intake side)
Tighten them in order how they are numbered "

top row (intake side) is 7,5,1,3,9
bottom row (exhaust side) is 10,4,2,6,8

Near your distributor and cam Sprocket sides are 4 smaller bolts 2 on each side "104 Inch Lbs"
divide by 12 to get 8.66666667 Ft Lbs

Distributor side. Top is 13. Bottom is 12.
Cam Sprocket Side. Top is 11. Bottom is 14
