Im sorry but those welds looks like ***! It almost looks like the heat is varying throughout the weld...which can cause mad stress cracks. The penetration also looks inconsistant. You need to try to complete moe than an inch of the weld at a time. Alot of spots look like you need to slow down and add more filler. Its really hard to say if its the welder...or the person welding thats at fault.

Are you selling these manifolds or did you just do one for yourself?

my camera sucks ***, it has a tendancy to add dark shadows, making the welds look burnt around the edges, and i doweld more than an inch at a time.

yes i sell these, i have over 60 manis out for some oeriod of time now, without one issue.

Not to be an ***, because I think your welds look pretty good for that cheapo welder, but the #1 pipe isn't lined up?!?!? It looks like it could have easliy been made to line up.

Serioiusly pictures look pretty clear to me. You asked and we are telling. Take the constructive critism and make your next manifolds that much better instead of trying to defend yourself and say that it is alligned. C'mon now man.

Well i remeber when i posted my stuff on home made turbo and them guys told me my stuff looked like **** and all this and that, and CCfab i know you are from that site , so Iam not going to talk **** because I dont feal it is right to cut people down , but you should realy listen to what these guys are saying and take it into consideration. There are alot of top notch builders that have posted in this thread , and realy come on you cant say that runner is not lined up do to your camera lol , just keep at , maybe you need a better tig to get better results idk,

I know how a camera can make welds look bad, and I'm not close to being a pro, but even I can tell some of the welds are bad.

The one looks like a solid bead and they look concave.

don't undercut the welds...they should be convex not concave. Spend more time perfectly aligning the tubes..it makes a big difference. clean your metal a bit better...and stop rocking the pedal and weld like a big boy.

It seems the trouble lining up #1 was due to the wastegate placement?..
