cool R spotted in torrance, ca
i went to the mall in torrance today to finish up my x-mas shopping and i saw a black ITR in the parking lot. after i parked my car, i took a closer look and it had jdm front and it was RHD. if that is anyone's R in here, i'm wondering, is that JDM converted or is it japanese R? anyway, very nice R.

What's wrong with Torrance. Its the best city that people can afford in the South Bay... (when comparing cities in the SB take RPV, and PV, Rolling Hills out of the choices)...

The problem is an ITR isn't safe in most cities, Torrance included!

yeah, that's the same R that i saw. so i guess it's not converted. anyway, i thought it was pretty funny to see 3 packs of red marlboro's on his passenger's seat. must be a heavy smoker?
btw, torrance is a nice city, but i personally wouldn't drive my R to the mall either.

I have to disagree, random parking at a mall, like I do is the only way to do it. If I did it all the time, That would be stupid.
Anything repetitive with the R will attract negative attention, Random parking, and going thru bad areas is sometimes unavoidable. But if certain precautions are taken, then most people should not fear (so much).

i think u guys make too big of a deal out of parking an ITR at a mall, OH NO!!! like come on, i have one as well, jdm rhd and all that jazz, and i still take it to malls, etc, and yea, i get worried bout it, but does that mean i should park it inside my garage all the time? no...i bought it to drive around and enjoy it! Take your ITR to the mall , thats where girls are hahahhaa! jokes!

true. and i think for some R owners, they have no choice b/c that's their only ride.

It seems the really unfortunate ITR owners get their cars stolen from their residences. Seems though the city you live in really has no bearing on where a thief will strike.

Bingo. It's my only ride. You just have to be cautious. Of course, most people where I am don't even know wtf it is. Being the ONLY ITR in the city is interesting
