damnit i messed that up but there are 10 archived posts about it i think all u need to kno is there good luck
I will help you out.
The dash, 90-91 crx into 90-91 civics are easier, as well as the 88-89 dashes.
If you cross years the steering columns is going to crack into your cluster.
The tach clusters will give you a problem if you cross years. If you have no choice but to cross years I don't. The rewiring will give you headaches even if you have tghe proper diagrams, so wait til you find one for your year. Be patient there are a lot of choices from crx to civic si to even lx or ex 4 doors have them so they are out there @ the junk yards. The cluster you have will do until you find the right one
Other than that you shouldn't have any problems except for the fact that it is a Bitch of a swap to do. The amount of searching for the right bolts will drive you nuts. Even if you have a partner( i didn't) it will be hard. So I hope you have a lot of patience* and wish you the best of luck. It will look sweet when all is said and done.
I learned all this the hard way due to my 91 crx dash into a 88 civic dx cluster and all so take it for what it is wrorth
