Built head

If I were to buy a built ITR head (STAGE 3 PORT JOB, WITH CROWER DUAL VALVE SPRINGS TITANIUM RETAINERS AND FERRERA VALVES, AND A 3 ANGLE VALVE JOB, DESHROUDED COMBUSTION CHAIMBER) I have B16, What would you guys recommend to buy with it??

some good cams and the compression to make them not suck, also a good head gasket and some arp head studs.
