Default ef dx sedan d16y7/d15/d16a

I have a d16y7 short block d16a cam and a d15b crx dx head. the set up that i am thinking of having . will this work?
d16y7 short block
d15 crx dx head
crx si intake manifold, cam, ecu
dpfi to mpfi

On the technical side you end up with a C/R of 9.02:1 With a Y8 headgasket, 1590.6cc's, and a mean piston speed of 1793 fps.

thanks merry christmas to you. but would a adjustable cam gear help. and does anyone know where the oils squirters are in the d16y7 or the d15 crx dx? and what is better a hich piston speed or a low piston speed?
