Before you start dumping money into springs/shocks make sure you check out your bushings, if your bushings are worn then your suspension is going to suck no matter what kind of shocks and springs you put on. I spent about 220$ and replaced every bushing on my car with polyurethane. The kits you see from energy suspension don't include the trailing arm bushings and a few others, expect some time and hassle to install these but it will be well worth your while.

You can always go to a junk yard and buy all the control arms etc... for your car, they will probably damn near give them too you. Then put the energy suspension bushings in your "new" pieces... install... go get an alignment.

Way easier than disassembling your car and trying to finish it in one day, food for thought.

i recommend illuminas. but i dont recommend skunk2s. theyre not a good spring rate, way too stiff, even with extra weight of the engine.

get ground controls if you want adjustable springs. their regular springs will work fine with illuminas.
