Default Painting Centercaps

I am not sure if this is a taboo here - making Acura parts look like Honda parts, but I figure I can't be the only one thinking about doing this. I don't like having Acura centercaps on my car since everything else says Honda (the badges/emblems), and since it has the JDM front end I want it to look as close as I can afford. Well, I really don't want to spend the money for new centercaps from Honda - just too much money for what you get - at least that's my opinion. So I have been trying to figure out a way to paint them to look as close to the OE Honda part as I can, with a lot of help from the guys on ITRCA.

So, basically:

Paint the centercap over with one of these two colors:

NH-546M Kaiser Silver
NH-536M Solaris Silver

I guess either is very close to the original gunmetal rim color

Then have the Honda H painted on with a stencil with the 04 Honda Accord color San Marino Red (R-94)

Then a clear coat

Then it SHOULD look like the original part. I haven't had this done yet, but in theory it should work I guess. Only thing I'm concerned about is the clear making it too shiney - anyone know if this is an OK plan?

where can you get those decals? I didn't want it to look too far from OE, and the ones I saw were aweful. Can you link me to some good ones?
