Finished cutting the holes in my bumper, sanding, and re-painting. Went to mount my foglights and found that my Re-bar was aftermarket...needless to say, the brackets bolt up to the car if wedged between the re-bar and frame, but the 3rd bolt doesn't have anywhere to bolt onto? Can any OEM foglight owners point me in the correct direction? Is the 3rd bolt (the one that actually has bolt, lockwasher, and nut) supposed to bolt onto the bumper or re-bar? Thanks ahead of time.

Yeah, and I read the online scans of the OEM manual for this. Wasn't much help .

 

find a OEM bumper support, drill a hole, run them without the 3rd bolt?
