I'm doing an auto to manual swap on an 89 civic. There dosen't seem to be a hole for the cable to go through. I've done them before and there was a hole. What are you guys doing for a hole? I can't seem to find anything about this in the search.

Both the cars i did auto to manual swaps on had holes. I met some guy once that did an auto to manual swap on an 88 hatch and he said he had to punch a hole in the firewall himself. He had to pull the dash to do it right because the shock tower was in the way.

 

That sucks, anyone else?
