From what I understand, Hydrolocked motors are done. Better off getting a new one.
Good luck finding that ZC though..
Things like this tend to happen..

No bueno.
Water doesn't compress.. so all of the motion is stopped within the one or more of the cylinders for a split second and BAM. You're done.
Damn cold air intakes. So a lesson.. by a CAI with a bypass valve.

i hydrolocked motor is not a good thing but not always....sometimes the water just needs to be removed.....take out the spark plugs and crank 4 or five time....put 2 or 3 drops of oil in the cylinder put the plugs back in and try and start it....u might get lucky

I would buy it if I was you it might not be as bad as you think and theres plenty of salvagable part and spare parts on it if you think at it. I would give it a go its only fifty bucks

I think AEM makes one. However ive known a couple of people that had them and they still hydrolocked there ****. They work alright but if you get to much water they dont work very well.
IMO i would jsut get a short ram intake and build a box around it to keep out the hot air. The way i look at it is, With a cold air intake... Sure your getting cold air, but the engine has to work twice as hard to get it. With a short ram, theres alot better airflow sure the air is warmer but a box can fix that. Or just try and keep the stock box, you dont gain alot with ether intake anyways, and the stock box is alot less noisey.

I agree with you for 50 bucks you should jsut buy it. I guess i ment it more like this, Dont expect any hydrolocked motor to be a running motor. If you understand that it moght be parts only then go for it..
