Lightest CRX
I'm entering a CRX in the G2 class of the Rally America series ( http://www.rally-america.com ). There is no weight minimum for this class, so before I start tearing the hell out of this beater, just curious - how light have you guys gotten yours? I've got some real good plans for gettin stupid.
Yea, that's really light...stock motor? My ultimate weight goal is about 1600...after having a cage and b16 with lightweight everything. I've got some work to do...Lexan everywhere except windshield, ugly-carbon-fiber-non-fitting ebay fenders, interior goes on eBay, cutting out all the meat of the doors you get the point.
Stock motor, with all that **** you should be pretty good. Lexan everywhere will save over 50 pounds in itself. 1819 I think is the 88 hf, more able to do swaps in there. You can do 1600 though, Bunger on here had a d15z1 in his 88 hf and said he was around 1600 pounds. It would be tough though.
