alright here's the deal. my car has been in the body shop for two weeks and i get it back yesterday, drive it home, hear a all too familiar noise, and become pissed.

it turns out somewhere in the two weeks that i didn't have my car, my engine begun to knock (the way it sounded, spun bearing), and i was not notified or anything, i had to find out the hard way.

so now, since they are not taking the blame, i am screwed out of a motor and i need it fix since this is my only car.

now here's the problem. i'm 18, going to college, working as a server full-time, and i can't get a loan to save my life...so bottom line i'm broke!!!!

but if there is anyone that will help me, i will give them:

nitrous kit (minus bottle)
oem 99-00 hood (milano red, great condition)
mugen style wing (non painted for coupe or sedan)
two tvs (one 27 inch, almost new, and a larger tv, don't know the size, 3000 when bought, right now it doesn't work, shop said 400 to fix)
the motor coming out, transmission ecu EVERYTHING

i'm looking for a b-series swap, but anything other than a D will do..please help, i'm desperate.

 

you should try a LS. they are cheap and available... i would offer to sell you mine, but i don't think you want to go OBD1 in an OBD2 car.
