Has anyone successfully put JDM CRX Power Windows into thier USDM crx? I've got all the parts from a JDM CRX for both doors and wanted to start on this install soon.

I'm basically looking for some wiring assistance as I am unsure how to wire it up. And how to install the JDM regulators.

sorry not to much help here but ill give you a tip try the wiring diagram from a ef four door might get lucky?? but if you could do one thing for me see if the master switch can be poped out of the latch cover and be instaled up side down if it will ill give you a good idea for the knoledge

 

I wired mine basically from scratch. I made the switches positive outputs and wired them to a DEI 530t window module. On the Japanese drivers side, you will need to find the 2 wires that control the window directly and use those. I flipped the "auto" switch so the writing would be right side up and painted the rest to hide the "on/off". The 530t gives you auto up and down on all switches if wired correctly.

 

i think that power locks were difficult enough. i dont think that i would even attempt doing power windows unless the setup was given to me. good luck though.

89SivicHatch-the master switch can be popped out but if you turn it upside down, it won't install back into the latch.

coasterlvr-did you use the jdm regulators and just add in the 530t to the whole setup? if its not too much trouble, could you give me more specific wiring information about the setup? btw, i'm from irvine
