Default omni power. How to adjust? HELp!

hey i have the full omni power drag suspension. (REAR) now i have the large adj. ring with the small ring underneath, were i can set pre-load and stuff. but it is all the way up, pre-loaded, and my car is still tucking in the back. now the third ring from the top, the one touching the shock body, is that one adjustable too? does the shock body adjust so i dont lose pre-load? please help cause my front is like 2 inches higher than the rear, and it looks funny.
