will EF hatch exterior parts fit on an EF sedan??

I have been asking around about this and no one seems to have an answer for me.i was wondering if a cf hood for an ef hatch would fit on the sedan...also the same for coilovers made for the hatch..if anyone has an answer please tell me

coilovers yes but hood no, they make sedan cf hoods - you just have to look

any idea on a site that sells sedan hoods?i havnt been able to find any...all they sell are hatch cf hoods
