Trying to plan out a motor setup for a friends 95 Integra. So far doing basic bolt-ons are planned, but i was wondering about a good header (daily driver, so low-midrange is preferred over *****-to-the-wall race header). Any recommendations on that front would be appreciated. But as for the new motor, we're thinkin B20 block with 11:1 pistons, B16 head/ITR valvetrain, and CTR cams. Any recommendations on a good catback, and also which version of Hondata would be best? Thanks for the help, sorry for all the questions at once.

for a header search and u will find alot of different kinds and go with hondata s300.
