Default Must be something I did? (CHOKING VTEC)

Just got a h22 swap in my ek. Decided to change my oil. Wasn't sure how much quarts to put in, use to b serie motors. I fill oil until I hit the second dot on the dip stick. Drove 2 and from work for 2 days. I started my car up and my oil light came on. I rev the motor up and the light flicked off and on. It does it while i'm driving, most the time its off though. My vtec lacks now, V-AFC show vtec is engaged. When I take her up now, fells like my vtec is choking out and not going at all. Did I flood or break anything?

.........unplug the vafc and see what happens.

....also - if you don't know how much oil goes in your car - whats the smartest thing to do? Call somewhere and ask right? - yeah, i thought so

.....and did you change your oil filter in the process?

Also - try to check your actual oil pressure - because something could be wrong with your oil pump.

Also - what is your vtec engagement point set at?

with the H22's they eat alot of oil if you hang out in vtec alot. so either stay out of vtech or be ready to check your oil every morning.
