greddy type s help

greddy type s help
hello everyone real quick question that i know the first to read this will know the answer i purchased a used greddy type s blow off it has two nipples in the back i know one stays open and the other goes to a vacuum, but which is which does the fat one go to the vacuum on intake or does the skinny one??? also is it correct that i can use and vacuum off of the intake manifold? i got rid of my Cruise control so i was planing on using that vacuum line????? thanx guys

Actually the bottom one can help the BOV if its provided with a boost source. Its there for a reason
