Default 90 Integra LS - B18B - Would a B18A1 work?

My buddy just blew his engine on his 1990 Integra LS. I believe it has a B18B. Would a B18A1 work? Any modifications to the harness? Any extra sensors?

check the code on the block.

b18a1 = 90-91 LS = OBD0

b18b1 = 92-93 LS = OBD1

so yeah you'd have to change a couple things.
