Default Need help on integ coilovers for my civic.

Hey guys, I have been using the search button a lot lately, because I am looking at upgrading my suspension. I have a 5th gen civic and want to put Integ coilovers on it. I was looking at the Teins, but I heard that they have rust problems and since I live in the northeast that would be a problem. Also the roads aren't the greatest here so I'm kinda worried on how high of a spring rate I want. I'm also thinking about putting an h22a in my civic this is another reason why I want integ coilovers. I was only looking to spend a grand on coilovers, but if there are much better ones for under 1500, I definetly would consider them. With all of these factors what do you guys suggest?

P.S. oh yeah, I forgot to mention that this car will be daily driven, and everyonce in awhile see the track.
