Default 01 Si rear brakes on an LX

What is required to swap an 01+ Si rear brake setup onto an 01 Lx coupe? I've searched and can only come up with DC5 5 bolt conversions.

Other than looking cool, do you have any other motivation? The rear drums are lighter and do a decent job of stopping the car. Better front pads will make the car stop waaay better than adding rear disks.
