Default highest to rev

okay i have a 01 gsr with 40k on it the bottom end is bone stock not one thing touched but the head is fully built with high comp valves, springs, retainers, st3 p&p blox type b cams cam gears i was wondering what would be the highest that i should be revving to because i was told i will be okay going to 8900-9000 one the stock block is this true??

Have the thing dyno'd and then base how high you rev it from there.

we r actually going to dyno as soon as everything goes in, tuning with vfac2 just want to find out what rpm's a stock bottom end can handle without any booms
