Other then the program is there any difference between the b16b power fc and the b18c power fc. So my question is can you run a b18c5 on a b16b power fc with a commander.

The main differences is the Power FC for the CTR is pre programmed of the B16B and the ITR verison is pre programmed for the B18C. All commanders plug into both units only big difference it being pre programmed for the type engine and chassis types. You can always rework the maps if you like with the commander.
