00 ITR Cams = CTR cams?

Default 00 ITR Cams = CTR cams?

i heard that the 00 ITR Cams are equivalent to CTR cams. same aggressiveness and power...is this true?

the 99-00 itr cams are almost exactly what CTR cams are.... .3 more duration on the CTR...not exact on the differences...but for the price you can't beat the itr's over the ctr for little to no gains

does that mean the 2000 itr cams are the same as 2001? therefore the 2000 is also ctr cams?

I'm still scratching my head over how that test conclusively says that CTR cams = 00/01 ITR cams, and that 00/01 ITR cams do not = 97-99 ITR cams.

What's that cutout made of? And, wouldn't it be susceptible to deformation, or at least enough to not be able to tell the difference between a few degrees? Even if it wasn't deformable (let's imaginatively assume that cutout was billet aluminum), how readily able is the human eye able to distinguish between a few degrees (3 in this case)?

The test is unbiased, but I'm not sure how precise it is.
