I would like to compare that setup to when I get my build head on

RLZ with S2 Pro1, DTR header and a C5 bottom end

Looks good, this should be an interesting comparison. To see how much power
this ported head can make.

Does this mean you have dynoed a RLZ head and then dynoed a Portflow head?
With everything else being the same?

RLZ (had my freinds head for 6 months)

Portflow (had my head for a week)

i contacted brad about doing my head, but when I asked about what time frame i was looking at, i never got a response, so instead of taking it to him (2.5 hrs away) i mailed it to Laskey for some Portflow work

Typical Honda-tech ****. Guy gets a portflow head and people start bashing and scaring him about how it won't make any power and ****.

darrinbrewer - don't listen to all this crap. Hope the head turns out good for you and let us know how it turns out and try not to fall for all this RLZ is better than portflow crap. You did what was good and best for you. To each his own.

Let us know what it puts out when you get the motor back on a dyno! I wonder if my head from Portflow is back yet...

looks good. can't wait to get mine done. just wondering if your setup was tuned to get 181whp or did u just run it on the dyno to see how much HP ur putting down. also, 40 psi on ur b&m fpr.. isn't that a little low? isn't stock at 42 psi or somewhere around there. that whp number look kinda low. i could be wrong. anyway, i don't want this to sound like i'm bashing you. i'm trying to help you out and everyone else that gets a chance to read this. but unless, its tuned already, then its good to go. can't wait to see some new numbers. good luck

I'm not bashing him at all, I personally just prefer RLZ's work over Portflow's. I've seen many many flow charts from Brad, and have seen the improvement that he did on Tbone's head when it was suppose to have a "stage 6" port job by DPR. I think the head looks really good, I respect Tom allot. Just a personal prefrence is all I was statin..

wasn't ever tuned fully, just a little on the air/fuel, cam gears were never tuned, still on 0,0, i'm running 290cc's, not the stock 245 injectors, thats why i had the fuel down to 40psi, that dyno is at 1600+ft above sea level also, and was on a pretty hot and humid day
