i'am kinda confused i herd something about early hatch back civic has the b16a, but i thought it was in the 90 and 91 integra's

 

Honda Integra Xsi is the founder off the JDM B16A .....i kno this engine place in Oakland CA, owners says "B16A it's from an 89-91 Integra Xsi"....

it is the vtec DA they don't have b17's here from what I know.

 

that sounds like you were wondering from the wrong town.

this is back from the late 80's

It came in both cars..

Integra XSI/RSI and civic and crx sir..Or in europe they just call them civic/crx vtec models..B16a is also found in 92-95 civic sir and 96+ civic Vti..

The b16 motors in the usdm cars are not b16a's..They're b16a2,b16a3..

 

looks like they are missing the B18C4 found in EDM MB6 (You may not have heardof this).

That came in the vti 1.8L models right? I Still dont get why we got/get all the garbage..
