should be the same.
the wiring harness should be extended for the h22 thats about it.
edit- i got a h22 and i was running on a P13 now im running a P28 and it runs fine. i didnt have to change any wires.

that just depends on what fuel maps are on the p28 if its chipped. If its not chipped, then a p13 would be a lot better. vtec wires are the same as a ls-vtec would be. With a p13, the vtec pressure switch ground goes to A26, with a p28, you can just ground that wire anywhere on the chassis/head.

i have a h22 base map on the P28 and i wired it for the IAB's. only thing i dont have is the knock sensor and egr stuff.
i think its a lot better. I dont have to deal with all that egr stuff and now my engine bay looks a lot cleaner without all the vacuum hoses from the egr.
btw code 9 is crank angle sensor.

thanks tdo for the help is it possible for you to chip me a h22 basemap? my ecu is chipped right now to my knowledge it is mugen? but what would you recommend? pm me or answer here
