second that.
koni special 'reds' and H&R sports may do you good.
Perhaps you could find a H&R cupkit used/new for around $500, that'd be your best bet; its basically silver-painted koni sports, with H&R sport springs.

Doubt it. Those H&R Cup Kits now sell for about 900$ at least.
KYB AGX's and H&R Springs will still cost you about 600$.

i got my brand new, in box KYB AGX for $299 shipped off of ebay, and then got my H&Rs for $149.50 shipped from ALLSPRINGS.COM. a grand total of $448.50 to my doorstep. great setup IMO. and ALLSPRINGS.COM will take care of you. great company, and would happily do business with them again.
go with H&Rs and some KYBs... wont be disappointed.

Might want to check out used shocks and springs, but make sure they are a good seller and the parts are still in good working order. I managed to find used Koni Yellows in fantastic condition for $320 and a set of H&R Sport springs in great condition as well for $50. Grand total of $370 all thanks to the honda-tech marketplace

is the race spring to aggressive for the street..and will the regular kyb shock (non adjustable) handle it??</TD></TR></TABLE>
a regular strut like a kyb gr2 or something that is a stock replacement that has more dampening will go great with the H&R sports.
IMO the race spring would be extremely rough for the street. depends on how much actually racing you want to do. otherwise, you'll be a bit sore from any kind of trip longer than 5min. have a good friend running race springs in his EF hatch, and they are a killer on the street, but he autox's on a regular basis, so makes up for it.
the sport spring is a great spring for the street, with the occasional racing or "enthusiastic" driving types.
pm allsprings.com, and Tom will help you out.
