HELP!! noob question

Default HELP!! noob question

Im a newbie so dont make fun of me.
ok im only 16 and i just got my first honda. Its a 91 civic 4 door. ok i got some free cheep non name brand coilover for free for my car. when i finish putting on the coilover and when i dropped the car i found out that the car wasn't even dropped???? can someone help me out here?

are the coil overs adjusted all the way up?? You have to make sure that they are adjusted properly.

ya there adjusted properly. i wanted to slam my car but it stayed the same.

check the strut...make sure you took off the metal sleeve that covers the rod (i dont know what to call it) the part of the strut that moves up and down (the piston?) hope that helps

I'm pretty sure he's saying they were free, but they're a cheap brand (or no name).

they were free. its the ebay coilover .my friend gave it to me because he didnt want them.
