OBD2A P72 || RARE 1996 P14 YOU CAN PASS EMISSIONS IN OBD2 car w/obd1 h22

I have a P72 GSR ecu for sale
and then the RARE
1996 (only year) P14 (for h23 but will work for h22)
You can use this p14 to pass emissions on an obd2 car that has an obd1 motor!
this can be confirmed on other threads on h-t
