Default Another 5th gen oil leak post, sorry

This weekend I had the chance to change my oil since it was due time, and while I was down there, I noticed a thin coat of oil covering the pan, and it seems to be coming from above the oil pan. I ruled out the valve cover gasket, since I recently did that and there are no oil leaks or anything visible there. After the oil change i ran the car around my neighborhood, and no drips or puddles under the car. The oil seems to be coming from above the oil filter location, to the left. Any idea what it might be? Im leaning towards the cam seal, since the last mechanic to look at my engine said it might be time to change it. Any help would be appreciated as to what it might be. Thanks.
