I don't think that's a good idea. From what I understand there's a reason why people use HID projector lenses and not halogen projector lenses.

not really...ppl use HID projector lenses because they want to...if you don't want to retrofit your Halo Projectors into HID's then you don't have to...i know some people who didn't do it..they just put their HID's in there stock Halo Projectors...my cousin even put his hid's in his stock reflector housing and no glare and no problems...

you dont just put HID's in a halogen projector, its not designed for it, it WILL produce glare. you dont know what glare is if you think your cousin doesnt have it. its just light spread out everywhere. HID projectors are designed to focus the beam thru a eye shaped ball. it produces a clean, sharp, cut line.
you can MODIFY a stock projector to have an HID projector, but you dont just put it in there.

and you gues arent reading it correctly:<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by CodeRed13 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">yo yo, im just wondering if I can use my HID kit with my dual angleeye halo projector headlight kit, they will fit right, i just slip em in like normal bulbs?? thanks so much -CodeRed</TD></TR></TABLE>

"dual angleeye" halo projector headlight. halo as in rings, he doesnt mean short for halogen. he has the angle eye projectors. (by sonar i believe).
they have a focusing eye ball like projectors and they take H1's (btw, HID's come in all dif sizes) which means yes, HID's (that are H1's) will work... BUT on mine for instance, i had a sticker that said HID bulbs not allowed ... maybe cuz they get to hot... i dunno.

don't go and say that i don't know what glare is....i know what glare is alright...and i know that my cousins HIDS in his stock projectors doesn't have anything wrong...looks normal. no complaints or anything..
