who makes a stiff spring?
Are you going for looks are do you need them for a certain thing? What do you plan on using them for?
This makes all the difference.
If you want looks, a harsh ride might not be what you want.
It all depends on the spring rate.
Prices on a good coilover can range from 600 bucks upwards to 12k.
Be more specific in what you need them for.

for looks, but also for the street, i will probly be matching these with a set of dampers as well. but mainly for looks, but i dont mind the harsh ride if it means improved handling. i just dont wanna spend alot on coilovers, when im not gonna be adjusting ride height. just need something for a almost slammed look, but that will handle well also.

Just to let you know overlowering our front suspension will lead to increase in bump steer, toe being off, struts crashing into the bump stops, steering tie rod possibly snapping, and tires going into positive camber in corners because of the lower control arms being in a different position.
BUT, if you don't care about those little technicalities get ground control sleeves and shorter springs. You'll be tucking those tires in no time

i have coilover sleeves (DropZone) they are stiff, good look, and dont cost much at all..maybe 150 easy installation if you know what your doing....alot of springs wont lower your car as much as 2.25 in and being stiff at the same tiem, you know what im saying?
so jus go with some coilver sleeves....good choice and its only about $50 more than springs
