Your distributor will not work without some ghetto rigging. You would have to chop some of the "legs" off of it.
Your clutch will work.
You can get an ECU off ebay, or from a seller here on H-T. It depends on what year B16A you got. If OBD0 look for a PR3 or PW0. If OBD1 look for PR3 or P30.
vtech is a phone company, but you can get a VTEC solenoid from almost any car equipped with DOHC VTEC. Search the classifieds.

a b18a distributor will work, chop off one leg, you can get an ecu anywhere just search for one, and there should already be a vtec soleniod on the motor.
