I have a 94 Civic ex with a greddy turbo kit. I had a Autogage 5" Tach that came with the car when I got it, so I sold the tach because it looks so cheap and I cut it close to the Tach so I didnt have to rewire. So I got myself a Apexi EL Tach, So Installation was easy but now the tach will jump up after 4000 rpm. Its doesnt do it all the time but after a while of driving. The old owner tamped the Green wire from the Dist, Did find out why but his Factory tach doesnt work, I havent taken the Dist cap off but thats where the green wire hooked up, Could my tach be Fu*ked up or Is the it not making full contact on the wiring somewhere.
Any help would be appreciated.
