I have a 90 crx dx and i cant get it running when i turn the ignition to on the fuel pump up to the main relay like has a growling buzzing sound i put my hand on the main relay and it was vibrating then i cranked the engine and it turns over its just not getting any fuel so i was wondering if anyone knows what is wrong is it my fuel pump, fuel pump relay, or is it the main relay i could use some help thanks

 

Fuel pump relay IS the main relay. Since it's buzzing, I'd start there.
