Default Alternator removal question

Im replacing my alternator in my 96 accord ex. During the removal i removed the top 14mm bolt and the tensioner bolt, but the bolt with the horizontal thread head that slides to release tension is still bolted. Does this need to be taken out? Any other suggestions are welcome, thanks.

Yep,
Thatsalmost a T bolt. YOu have to remove the nut that holds it on the belt side of the alternator
