aight i bought a 89 4dr EF as my winter beater, the reason for puttin in a new tranny was because the one that was in there shattered! so after we install the tranny and get everything ready to fire it up,it turns over but wont start.ran all the self tests and that came up good. another thing thas puzzling me is that when the tranny is in gear and the clutch pushed in,the SOB doesn't move!
can any of u EF heads help me up?????

when you put the trans back on did it just slip back on or did you force it back on, by getting the trans just close enough and the put the bolts in and tighten them up?
