91 Accord Lx Projector Headlight problems

Anybody know how to install the headlights?? I installed my taillights very easily but the headlights don't want to slide in. Is there any tricks or do i need to remove any other parts fender, bumper, or whatever? If anybody can help i would really appreciate it. Thanks!!

can you remove the steal bumper?? I thought it was welded on. Is it bolted on?
