Default Speed Govenor help

Ok so im Driving a 1995 honda civic hatchback 1.5l non vtec. i plan to put a h22a in it. is the speed govenor in the car itself or in the engine. and is there a way to override it.if not wat is it set at? i have looked everywhere and i still cant find it.

Speed governor is in the ecu, need to chip it and disable it.

Mine doesn have a governer. I don't think yours does either...

im no pro, but i believe most upgraded ECU's will remove it...just my o2 cents..

Its in the ecu so when people chip them 95% of the time the governer is also removed at the same time.
