are all d16 pistons and rods interchangeable? I have a z6 and it needs to be rebuilt. im trying to just get it driving for now i have an extra block and crank, and i found some stock pistons and rods from a a6 and need to know if they are interchangeable or not. any info will help a lot!!!!!!

 

I just did the same with my D16Z6 motor. it should be interchangeable as long as its a D16 not D15. I also have D16A6 pistons and rods from a 89-91 civic/crx Si.

yes, the A6 piston and rod is interchangable with the Z6.
