Slight Shaking.
I feel small shakying when i start slowing down/using the brakes.... is there anything i can do to make it more smoother?? maybe surface my rotors? or something.. i'm such a newb. lol.
First thing I would do would be to balance the tires and make sure there is proper air pressure as that can cause shaking.
If it persists your alignment and possibly your brakes can be the cause.

First off ken not to step on your toes but if he experiences the shaking when slowing down only ,, it is not tire balance not an alignment issue ....loose suspension parts perhaps ,,But
Most likely warped rotors and or rear drums if so equipped ( no year or model ) to know id it has rear drums ...

There are several things which cause shaking as you describe.
1) Brake Rotor(s)
Sometimes they require re-machining or replacement. They have warped from either thermal shock or over torquing of the lug nuts. They are primarily felt thru the steering wheel as first one wheel 'grabs' and then the other; causing a shake.
2) Rear Brake Drum(s):
Sometimes they require re-machining or replacement. They primarily warp from thermal overload (driving with the ebrake applied). They are primarily felt thru the seat and feel more like the car is surging front to back as the rear brake applies and releases.
3) Broken Tire Belt: requires replacement. Damaged from road hazards (Potholes, curb stones etc.) They are identified as a "weebling" sensation as the car slowly oscillates side to side in time to the tire rotating. Much like the feeling if big Aunt Bertha was dancing the 'bump' against your rear quarter.

yo P if it has broken tire belt you can really feel it on accell at slow speeds 10-25 mph
