Default koni yellow perch question

sup guys, i want to raise my car for the winter
its set on the lowest perch on koni yellows, and i want to raise it one slot ...

i was wondering how much time and labor it would take ?
i went to several local shops, none of them knew how to do it ...
i live in the ny/nj area btw.

basically, i was wondering how much it should cost to do this ...
some shop quoted me at 900$, but i think thats crazy steep .. ?
if it costs that much, i might as well buy a new setup ..
any help is appreciated, thanks

That is a crazy price. The labor will be exactly the same as the installation of a new set of springs and shocks, if you are paying $900 for that then you need to find a new shop or come pay me that kind of money.

Sunday night, I removed my rear shocks and changed to a softer rear spring on my CRX while changing to my winter tires and changing engine oil in my home garage. The rear of my car wasn't off the ground for more than 30-40 minutes total and I even adjusted the parking brake. A shop with decent tools and worth their salt should be able to do the whole car in two hours of less I would certainly think. Are you paying $450+/hr?
