Chip for 98 Honda Civic on Ebay
Does this really work as advertised? Any idea how much HP this would really add, and any problems (reduced engine life, etc.) that this would cause? It just seems too easy and good to be true. Steve

did u see how its only 2 wires? It ***** with your Air Temp sensor. Probably tells the ECU that the air is cooler, thus denser, and shoves more fuel down the engine, giving more power. That is NOT the best thing to do. If it were a chip, it wont go on 96-00 civics cause there OBD-II and hardwired from the factory.
DONT BUY IT.

Exactly what he said!! it gives you shitty fuel mileage and makes your car blow black smoke like nutz, a "retarded" friend of mine did this and when he would get on it it looked like a semi taking off it was soo smoking and it slowed his car down a ton.
