Default 99 acoord headlights

hi hope someone can help is there a way i can have my headlights fully on what i mean by this is low and high beam at the same time without any damge please let me know thanks.

I have a 2000 Accord and when you turn on your high beams, your low beams are still on. I assume it's the same on your car.

you can, like nelson said, just pull the level back and your highbeam is on so is your lowbeam.

but i guess the big question is why you want to drive with highbeam on all the time. not to mention it's illegal

hey thanks for the replys all i want is for the whole headlight to be on, this is the way i have it , i have the signal light on then i have the day time running lights then the high beams section is off obviously i want everything working i want the high beam to be the same brightness as the day time running lights is that possible or am i asking too much, it would just look better with everything on

You would need different relays, which probably aren't available since you have DRLs. Because the DRLs are just the high beams at a lower power, it's not a good idea to have them on at night. Even at the lower power there is still enough glare (because the high beams are aimed higher) to cause problems for oncoming drivers at night.
