h22a vs 6th gen accord V6 swap
i have an accord 98 i4 & i was wondering what would be a better swap:
people advise me get the accord V6 engine because it has more torque about 190lbs than the h22a at 160lbs & other people advise me to get the H22A: -200 hp @ 6800 161 lb-ft @ 5500- because it has 200hp & a manual tranny.
basically, i just want to know what's the differnce going to be for 1/4 mile time between the 6th gen v6 & the h22a swap in the 6th gen accord body? i'll choose the one with better time.
thanx! guys i appreciated it!

Personally, I think you would be faster, cheaper, and more fuel efficient with the h22a. Not to mention a lot more fun. Plus, take into consideration, you might as well just get an accord v6 instead of swapping the motor if you want an accord v6. It would be A LOT cheaper.
It probably would not be possible to easily swap a V6 into a four cylinder Accord. On the other hand, an H22A swap is quite easy. Also, if you go Accord V6, an automatic transmission is mandatory. But you CAN have a manual transmission with an H22A. The H22A has more available mods, just as much power, and almost as much torque. The V6 swap is just not worth it.
